  If I could give 10 stars, I would! I was living around the corner and had watched a recent documentary on fitness on netflix, which ended up being ALL CrossFit. Was always aprehensive due to all the injury stories I had heard. After watching the documentary I was super intrigued - a lot due to the "community" aspect they all spoke about. So - when I got to Miami I sought a box out! Ambush showed up and was literally around the corner.
  
  I needed to learn, so was in their fundamentals class which they offered as a 3-day trial. Wow. Just wow. Everyone was SO welcoming and the energy was SO positive there. Literally felt "at home" within seconds. They were super attentive and clearly concerned about making sure everyone had the right postures, forms and information before dumping you into a class.
  
  The owners are AMAZING. Such positive spirits. I came to learn they had only been open for about 1 week when I got there! Had no idea! Super stoked because we were the very first fundamentals class out. WOO!
  
  I am now absolutely and 100% hooked. Couldn't recommend this experience more.
