  Been with McCain for years, currently working toward my second surgery with him. Although the wait times are excruciating at times, the wait is well worth it for the best of the best. Plan your appointments accordingly and know that when you have a McCain appointment it may take up the majority of your day. He's incredible, he came highly recommended and I highly recommend as well.

  I am giving this Doctor McCain a one star because there is no zero star review category. This office staff Especially the Office manager Sharmi is by far the rudest, impolite and uneducated person of any medical office I have ever experienced. Not only does this office not keep their promises they are THIEFS!!! They charged me $435 for a 3 minutes office visit!
  Even if you are dying do not go this doctor, because while you might survive the tooth ache you are experiencing you will certainly die from the heart attack an office visit to this office will induce!
  
  Update: I called the office back today to give Sharmi the benefit of the doubt for her behavior the last time I called. She gave me a song and a dance about why their office is still not willing to issue a partial refund (difference between what the insurance reimbursed me and what I originally paid for the office visit) and then threatened me with a letter from her lawyer for slander. As if what I have written above is inaccurate. I guess the truth hurts. Then just like last time her poor attitude and lack of customer service skills came out and perhaps even more magnified than last time. She said that I was ignorant and stupid. This is what a paying customer has to deal with after paying in full for the very poor services rendered. The absolute WORST level of service I have ever experienced. Be AWARE of this office and what they put their customers through.
  I am proceeding with filing complaints with the Florida Board of Dentistry and the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs!
