  Professional. Knowledgeable. Great personality.
  
  I've said it before, and i'll say it again... She knows her stuff, and it's worth it! The first time I had a facial by Mindy was a few years ago. Since then, I've trusted only her to take care of my face!
  
  Initially, I went in thinking I knew what type of a facial I wanted, but during my session with Mindy she took the time to access my skin and determine what was best. I loved that she took the time to care, without up-selling. It signaled that she sees her services more about improving and preventative than to get you in and out the door. I didn't feel like the service was rushed, and she took her time to make sure the service was completed properly to guarantee I was happy with the results.
  
  I liked that she explained what she was doing as the service was underway, and I felt comfortable asking her questions along the way. We ended up chatting, and had a few good laughs. I've since enjoyed her services.
  
  I can tell that she's a professional who enjoys knowing what's up and coming, and stays up to date on the latest. There have been times that she went out of her way to accommodate me, and I appreciate that. Looking forward to visiting her soon for facials and other treatments! Thanks, Mindy.
