  Awesome Pilates/ spinning studio.
  All the teachers are great, but Nicole is a diamond in a class of her own she's a Master like Joseph himself amazing knowledge of physiology and kinesiology applied in every session taught... I've traveled and taken Pilates all over the world and Sanctuary 7 puts Miami on the map holding #1st place for Pilates studio. Top Quality equipment and always Super clean! Theatre style backstage dressing/bathing areas, also Juice bar, acupuncture, massage, and hair & nail salon and boutique all under one roof. Upscale yet down to earth..
